seriously.. love my vet!

so took gabbie in to see the vet on of course thursday of last week. and of course i'm just now updating you on the situation. i just have to say... i love the vet i chose to go to this time. i've been to this one a couple times because i thought i needed to go to the advanced one seeing as they may know more about pets.. boy was i wrong. i found out that gabbie is one healthy little kitty! i'm so happy to have her in my life too. thank you sooo much to my hubby for letting me get her even though he has cat allergies. when i went to my first visit at advanced they told me that gabbie's teeth were so bad that they needed to be cleaned. with a wedding and house purchase cleaining our cats teeth was the last thing on my mind so i said maybe next year. they then told me that i mustn't feed gabbie canned food then at all at risk her teeth may get worse. so... 6 months have gone by and i just find out from my new vet that there is nothing wrong with her teeth and that they look perfect and do not need to be cleaned. not only did i learn that but i learned that i can feed her canned food.. well a quarter of a can a day but oh my she is in heaven when i open the fridge and give her a little. it's hilarious! i started doing it at night before we go to bed because everytime i would go in the kitchen she would be meowing at the bit! lol.. alls i have to say is if your not satisfied with your vet it does not hurt to keep going to different ones until you find the best one. the doctor talked with me for about an hour about our cat and i learned sooo much. so worth the $45 consultation fee!
