Dr Visit

Wow.. I love going to the yearly exam.. it's so great to be a woman! Haha. Well life is great for me.. health is amazing.. or so the doctor says. I thought for sure I was not going to make it to my appointment.. I had to do a fast prior to coming in and my appointment was at 3:30 PM. Talk about being hungry.. especially with the amount of protein I've been eating. Well I will find out in a couple weeks if I have a clean bill of health. My doctor did say that she is very proud of how much weight I've lost. It's always great to hear. Well.. hope all is well.
