Our New Toy!

We got a smoker! Our 30th Birthday present to each other. I can not count the number of times we have used it since getting it too. About every other day I throw 4 pieces of chicken on the grill and smoke them for about an hour and then cook away! We've done Brisket, Pulled pork twice, Salmon twice, and chicken countless times. The flavor I don't think I could ever miss. Here's some pics of the new toy and some Pork!
